Your privacy
This website lets you explore the work and prepare a message to Shane Therault. No account is required. There are no advertising cookies, analytics, or embedded social-media feeds.
Your message
The contact form prepares an email draft on your device. The website does not submit or store your entries. Review and send the message in your email app, or copy the prepared text. Reloading or closing the page clears the form.
Messages and attachments you choose to send become part of your email conversation with Shane. Your email provider and the recipient's email provider handle those messages.
Gallery photographs
The gallery displays work selected by Shane. Photos are served through this website. When connected to the dedicated Google Drive gallery folder, the server reads the photos and prepares smaller display copies. Visitors do not sign into Google, and the gallery does not access a visitor's Drive. Image processing removes embedded photo metadata from Drive display copies.
Search and collection choices appear in the page address for sharing. The gallery does not use browser storage to keep those choices. New gallery photos and changes take a few minutes to appear because the website caches the collection.
Outside links and website hosting
Facebook and Instagram open when you choose their links. Those services have their own privacy practices. The website host receives ordinary connection information needed to deliver pages and photographs.
